Port Authority is a very fast port scanner written for Android tablets and phones. It can perform host discovery in just a few seconds, and scan ports 1-65535 for a single host in as little as 30 seconds. As it is open source, you can download and install it from the Google Play Store or F-Droid for free (although there is a donate version if you want to support the author). The tool offers built-in DNS lookups, MAC address vendor detection, and custom port range scans, among a host of other features.
