FLARE VM

FLARE VM is a Windows-based virtual machine provided by FireEye, inspired by Linux-based security distributions such as Kali Linux and REMnux. It contains security tools useful for malware analysts, incident responders, penetration testers, and other security specialists. The virtual machine has hex editors, PowerShell scripts, forensic and networking tools, BurpSuite (Community Edition), and far more utilities than can be listed here.
